During the process of modeling and texturing, i came across a few diffucilties on maya. the first trouble i came across was my textures. the textures decided not to stay in there destination, so i had to delete all my textures and re assign them again. This a realy long process and time consuming but had to be done.
I then cencountered another problem with maya which happened to be worse than my first probleml. Maya began to run slow and glitchy which was hard to manover and currect any other little mistakes that need to be sorted.
After a long time fixing the little problems i had with maya, i was on my way to render.
Even tho everything was done. i had a lot of troble rendering. At first the renders were rendering fine, but they then became currepted, meaning i was unable to import them into prem pro, but i have began a new render file which seems to be working well at the moment, i jus hope that i am able to open them in prem pro.
Also because of the fact that maya was running drasticly slow, i was not able to add the rigs i had in mind to add.
Doing this project was a learning accurance bacause i leanrt that, i need to give my self enopugh time to render incase of any problems.
this project tought me a lot on maya especially working on my own, i had to learn a lot by my self, using tutorils, and talking to friends.
overall i enjoyed the project, although i had a few diffucialties doing the project, it was fun and addictive, i had my mum shouting at me to go bed because i would stay up untill late hours of the night, would be at home all day without going out and relaxing, (untill sundays).
but overall i liked the project and really enjoyed and would like to take part in another project like this.
I did make a start on the city but i knew i would not get it done on time but i have screen shots of what i had created.

After creating the models i decided to look at a map of my actual area and map out the environment with this map.
I map used was taken from google maps.
these maps helped me out a lot because when it came to putting the models in place i looked at the map and managed to get the environment to the exact.
